Hello you! Do you have any sewing plans this weekend? All we’re thinking of is sewing our Autumn (or fall, for our American readers) wardrobe with this weather that we’ve been having in the UK this week. If you’re in the same boat you should totally have a look at all the maker inspiration and the gorgeous fabrics we’ve gathered for you in this weeks Sew Reporter!

If you’re stuck for pattern ideas, have a look at our Sew The Trends feature on the blog! Kate takes you through the current trends and then pairs them up with the most gorgeous patterns.

We are super excited to have been nominated for a British Sewing Award by Sew Magazine! If you have a spare moment to vote for us – and some of the other amazing businesses in the sewing industry – that would be wonderful. Click here to cast your vote, it only takes a couple of minutes and you can win some prizes too!

What would make a Sew Liberated Hinterland dress even better? Right, a red one! All the heart eyes for this stunning version from Alexis who blogs over at Alexis Bailey.

Meg aka Cookin’ & Craftin’ stitched the Sew Altered Style Melinda Midi skirt in a super colourful paisley. Isn’t her whole outfit just perfection?!

Wowzers! Isn’t this quilted Burda jacket bloomin’ fantastic? It is beautifully stitched by Gillian of Crafting a Rainbow and we love it!

Brittany of Brittany J. Jones is looking super stylish in the McCalls 7465 dress she stitched in a gorgeous monochrome knit fabric.

Okay, we now need a pair of high waisted flared Closet Case Patterns Ginger jeans in our closets! Also, just look at the beautiful top stitching done by Rachael @sew_prettyful!
