Happy Thursday dear friends. I hope your week has been good so far. I hurt my back last Friday as I attempted to get up off the ground (I was weeding a flower bed) and felt it go. It is better, but taking its time healing. I can walk, but sitting and then getting up still hurts. I have not been able to go to my Zumba classes and that has me bummed but I am sure it will be ready by next Monday.
