Yoga has been keeping this mama fit and centered since 1994. That's when I started practicing back in St. Louis at a funky ahsram. While I've changed yoga studies many times, my practice has never stopped. In fact, I practiced through two pregnancies. One thing that helps keep my practice fresh is cute yoga gear. What I'm wearing from Beyond Yoga
On top I've got the Luxe Work it Out Bra. I'm wearing an XS, which to be frank was a size too small, but I made it work for these photos. The bra top has medium support (not great for running, but perfect for even the most rigorous vinyasa class.
I can't say enough great things about the Lux Navy Camo High Waisted Midi Legging. I adore the 5" waistband, which sits at my natural waist and gives me light support. After two kiddos, my middle is a bit stretched out. The high waistband helps me feel confident in my practice.
I don't need to worry about anything but my poses with this fabulous Beyond Yoga legging.
